Refund Policy – Plane To Paradise

At Plane To Paradise, we operate as an independent IATAN-accredited and CLIA-certified travel agency. We work with licensed and authorized travel suppliers, consolidators, airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and car rental companies. All bookings made through our platform are subject to the following strict refund terms:

1. General Policy

  • All sales made through Plane To Paradise are considered final once a ticket, hotel, cruise, or car rental confirmation has been issued.
  • Refund eligibility is governed solely by the fare rules and supplier policies of the airline, hotel, cruise line, or travel partner involved in the booking.
  • Plane To Paradise does not guarantee refunds for any travel product unless expressly authorized by the travel supplier.

2. Airline Tickets

  • Most airline tickets, especially Basic Economy and Discounted Fares, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Refunds are only permitted if explicitly stated under the purchased fare rules and may be subject to airline penalties, service fees, and fare differences.
  • No-show tickets (failure to check in or board) are strictly non-refundable.
  • If a refundable fare is purchased, processing times may take 7–21 business days after airline approval.

3. Service Fees & Agency Charges

  • Plane To Paradise charges a non-refundable service fee for all bookings. This fee will not be refunded under any circumstances, including cancellations or supplier-issued refunds.
  • Additional administrative or processing fees may apply for handling refund requests, cancellations, or changes.

4. Hotels, Cruises, and Car Rentals

  • Refunds are governed by the supplier’s cancellation policy. Many promotional or discounted rates are non-refundable once booked.
  • “No-show” reservations (failure to check in on the scheduled date) are non-refundable.
  • Cruise deposits and final payments are typically non-refundable as per cruise line terms.

5. Supplier-Initiated Changes (Airline/Cruise/Hotel Cancellations)

In cases where a supplier cancels or significantly changes a booking, refund or credit decisions are made by the supplier. Plane To Paradise will assist customers in submitting requests but holds no liability for supplier decisions.

6. Processing & Timelines

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Plane To Paradise.
  • Approved refunds may take 7–21 business days (airlines) or 30–90 days (cruise lines, hotels, and third-party suppliers) depending on the supplier.
  • All refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment used at the time of booking.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Visa denial or travel document issues.
  • Flight disruptions (delays, cancellations, schedule changes) — responsibility lies with the airline.
  • Traveler no-shows or late arrivals.
  • Partially used tickets or services.
  • Non-refundable service fees, booking fees, or administrative charges.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks with banks or payment processors are considered a violation of this policy. Plane To Paradise reserves the right to dispute chargebacks by providing booking records, call logs, and signed agreements.

9. Policy Acknowledgment

By completing a booking with Plane To Paradise, customers acknowledge and accept this strict refund policy. It is the traveler’s responsibility to review all fare rules, terms, and conditions before purchase.
